Who are we?
Overview of Committee & roles of Officers:
All residents are members of Fairfield Park Residents Association (FPRA); this excludes residents in the hall who have a separate residents association. FPRA meetings are intended to be held every quarter.
Residents Committee (FPRC) will consist of 23 elected officers, working on a voluntary basis. FPRC is likely to meet every 6-8wks to raise current residents’ issues, discuss & prioritise problems and share the workload of resolving issues. Committee will eventually become a limited company and be responsible for the management of the service charge; this is projected to be 2-3 yrs away.
Officers roles:
Chairperson: responsible for managing FPRA & FPRC and liaising with management Company (Stevens Scanlan LLP).
Vice Chair: Support Chairperson & share responsibility of heading FPRA & FPRC.
Treasurer: Management of funds available to FPRA.
Secretary: Responsible for the communication between FPRC and residents.
Police Liaison Officer: Liaise with local police and bring security/safety perspective to FPRC.
Resident Rep & Assist Rep for each developer: Represent the interests of residents on their individual sites.

FRL: MAIN DEVELOPERS ON SITE. (RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNAL FACILITES AND THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY)
Steven Scanlan: MANAGING AGENTS. (CURRENTLY ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GARDEN OF REMEMBRANCE, LIAISON WITH FRL)
Individual Developers: BUILD HOUSES AND MAINTAIN THEIR SITES UNTIL HANDOVER
