Introduction:

The FPRA Annual General Meeting takes place on Thursday 23 October 2008 at Fairfield Park Lower School with the formal aspects beginning at 7.30pm (doors open at 7.00pm). We have a number of responsibilities to conform with our constitutional obligations. There will be an Annual Report from the Chair followed by the Treasurer’s report. We will also complete the election of Officers and Members to the vacant Committee positions to replace the members who are stepping down and we thank them for their valuable contributions. More information is available on our website, and anyone wishing to stand for election should send their name to fpra@btinternet.com.

Included in the agenda items below is a general update from Steven Scanlan LLP covering developer news and the rent charge. If time allows there will be an opportunity to ask questions. In addition a number of static displays will be available providing updates on: MBDC's Gypsy and Traveller Site Allocation, Police Liaison, Social Committee, Family Liaison, and the Community Centre. These stands will be manned during the coffee break by FPRA members who will attempt to answer your questions or raise them on your behalf should further research be required.
